At Specialpresentgi, we strive to ensure every participant has a wonderful workshop experience. This Return Policy outlines our cancellation, refund, and rescheduling procedures for workshop bookings.

Cancellation by Participants

Full Refund Eligibility

If you need to cancel your workshop booking, we offer full refunds under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop start time
  • Notification must be provided via email or phone
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are not eligible for refunds. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you:

  • You may reschedule to another available date within three months
  • Rescheduling is subject to workshop availability
  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your scheduled workshop without prior notification, your booking will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Cancellation by Specialpresentgi

While rare, we may need to cancel workshops due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment numbers
  • Instructor illness or emergency
  • Facility issues or unforeseen circumstances
  • Extreme weather or safety concerns

If we cancel your workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the following options:

  • Full refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Transfer to another available workshop date at no additional cost
  • Credit voucher valid for 12 months for any of our workshops

Rescheduling Requests

We understand that plans change. If you would like to reschedule your workshop:

  • Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop
  • We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date
  • One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking
  • Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a £10 administrative fee
  • Rescheduled bookings must be used within three months of the original date

Private Group Bookings

Special conditions apply to private group workshop bookings:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before are non-refundable
  • Group size changes up to 48 hours before the workshop are permitted
  • Rescheduling is available with at least 7 days notice

Gift Vouchers

Workshop gift vouchers have the following conditions:

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Unused vouchers cannot be refunded for cash
  • Vouchers can be transferred to another person
  • Workshop bookings made with vouchers follow standard cancellation policies
  • If a workshop is cancelled by us, the voucher will be extended by the appropriate time

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can prevent attendance. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant events, please contact us directly. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative arrangements at our discretion.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel your workshop booking or request a refund:

  • Email us at partnership@specialpresentgi.cv with your booking reference number
  • Call us at +44 20 7602 1812 during business hours
  • Provide your full name and booking details
  • Specify whether you would like a refund or to reschedule

We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours and process your cancellation or refund accordingly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary

Partial Workshop Completion

If you arrive late or leave early from a workshop, no refund or credit will be provided for the missed portion. We encourage arriving on time and staying for the full duration to maximize your learning experience.

Dissatisfaction or Complaints

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your workshop experience, please inform your instructor or contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. While refunds for completed workshops are generally not provided, we will consider each complaint individually and may offer appropriate compensation or solutions.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Any modifications will apply to bookings made after the change date.
