All workshop bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email.
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes.
Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend workshops independently. Children aged 12-15 may participate when accompanied by a participating adult. Private group sessions may accommodate younger participants with prior arrangement.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop may be rescheduled subject to availability, but refunds will not be provided except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.

Participants retain ownership of the candles they create during workshops. However, we reserve the right to photograph workshops and creations for promotional purposes unless you opt out.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your workshop attendance shall not exceed the amount you paid for that workshop.
